The final product of the 'Change?' installation project. It encompasses a poster I designed, images and articles I collected, several reversed American flags, and the hostage mannequin I created. These visual elements were accompanied by the audio from the video 'Change?' which can be found on the 'Videos' page. The project challenges the concept of Obama's 'Change' slogan and questions the legitimacy of American freedom. Production timescale: 1 week planning, 1 month execution.

This is one of the first steps in my creation of the mannequin hostage figure from the 'Change?' installation project. At this stage, the suit is filled with a wire frame and stuffed with newspaper. Total production timescale of the project: 1 week planning, 1 month execution.

At this stage the suit is fully stuffed and the polystyrene head has been placed on top. The bottoms of the suit trousers are sewn together to keep the newspaper in. Total production timescale of the project: 1 week planning, 1 month execution.

This stage features the first test of the sack over the mannequin's head. The one pictured here was later replaced with a hand-sewn one resembling the American flag. Total production timescale of the project: 1 week planning, 1 month execution.
